  • 50% of the total cost is due 40 days before the trek.
  • 75% of the cost is due 8-12 days prior to departure.
  • Full payment is required 7 days or less before the trek starts.
Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations made 30 days prior to the trek: 30% of the total will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made 20 days prior: 50% of the total will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 10 days before the trek.
